Fitness has been apart of Jennifer’s life for over nine years. Her friend invited her to her first yoga class which she went to and fell flat on her face, she didn’t return for several months and once she did she was hooked. She continued to practice as much as she could and in 2012, she completed her 200 hr Power Vinyasa Yoga training. Soon after she moved to the lowcountry with her husband and son and gave birth to their daughter at the end of 2012. After beginning her teaching journey, she added to her classes by becoming certified in Prenatal Yoga, Barre and Inferno Hot Pilates as well. Jennifer seeks to help others thrive in life by nurturing body, mind and soul with her classes. Her hope is that you step off the mat feeling refreshed, nourished and balanced.
